The ukraine.saxony.tech Business Days 2025 offer an exclusive three-day visit and provides deep insights to Saxony’s industrial ecosystems. Ukrainian and Saxon tech enterpreneurs will jointly explore new industrial cooperation opportunities in electronics, mechanical engineering, precision industries, and deep-tech.

Day 1: Sunday, November 2, 2025 – Welcome to Saxony
Travelling to Saxony: Group pick-up at Polish Border
Arrival in Dresden: Hotel Check-Inn Evening:  Welcome dinner and first general insides.

City tour / sightseeing optional.

Day 2:  Monday, November 3, 2025 – Tech insights and company visits, networking

Day 3:  Tuesday, November 4, 2025 – Tech insights: Company visits

Day 4: Wednesday, November 5, 2025 – Networking Event or Company visits 
Participation in tech event → HUB:Disrupt, or (optional and upon request) company visits

For participation, we will provide free promo tiсkets for our Ukrainian guests.
If you prefer not to attend, optional we could offer and arrange company visits upon request.  

Day 5:  Thursday, November 6, 2025 – Wrap-up

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE
  • Ukrainian enterprises with innovative business models, technologies and/or products (not purely outsourcing);
  • Interested in collaborating with German tech companies;
  • In case you are a startup: At least prototype and MVP. First traction is an advantage;
  • Ability to participate at decision-making level;
  • Ability and allowance to travel to Germany;
  • English-speaking is good for direct conversations. In exceptional cases, we might be able to provide translation.

The following cost items will be covered by the hosts:

  • Group transfers from the Polish-Ukrainian border to Dresden (and retour).
  • Transfers within Saxony.
  • Lunch catering and additional during the event days.
  • 1-2 dinners, depending on the programme.
  • Entrance fee for the HUB:Disrupt event
  • Translation services (upon request).
  • Local tour guidance in Saxony.

The following costs have to be covered by participants:

  • Travel costs to the Polish-Ukrainian border (coming from Ukraine).
  • In case you prefer individual arrival to Dresden (for example, by car), you will have to cover your travel costs by yourself.
  • Accommodation costs in Saxony.
  • Special and individual catering (that is not part of the program).
  • Travel and health insurance.
  • Cancellation fees (for example, for your hotel bookings) and other travel expenses such as visa fees, telecommunications, travel cancellation & health insurance.
  • Individual dinners that are not part of the official programme.
  • Participation for Ukrainian company representatives is free of charge.
  • However, a selection will be made due to limited spaces.
  • Profiles with specific cooperation requests must be submitted in advance and binding registration is required.
  • The profile and contact details will be forwarded to interested companies from Saxony.
  • For logistics reasons, we aim to accommodate the group together in one hotel.
  • Participants must confirm their hotel reservation in advance. Payment for the hotels is usually made upon arrival. Credit card information might have to be submitted to the hotel in advance for reservation.
  • You will have to provide us with your travel details in advance.
  • Project partners and industry associations will be involved on both sides.
  • The realisation of the project requires a minimum number of 8 participating companies on Ukrainian side. A maximum of 15 people from at least 8 companies can participate.
  • Photo/video documentation allowance for publications and marketing purposes may be granted, but cannot be guaranteed for all program items.
  • You will be required to complete a Confidentiality Statement, and to agree to our Security Policies.
  • For security reasons and under the current circumstances, we deserve the right to run additional security checks.
  • Your registration will take place after final confirmation by the WFS and/or its partner Gigahertz Ventures GmbH.
